These terms cover this website, the Bloomless demo and game keys I give to creators. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The website

This website shares information about Bloomless. All text, art, screenshots and the logo belong to Masie Games. You may share links and use screenshots to write or talk about the game. Please don't use them to pretend you made the game or to sell them.

The demo

The free demo is on itch.io. The itch.io terms also apply when you download it. The demo is an early version, so it can have bugs. You may play it, stream it and make videos about it.

Keys and early builds for creators

• A key or build I give you is for you and your channel only.
• Please don't sell it, trade it or share it with others.
• You are free to say what you really think about the game. A key does not mean you have to make a video or say good things.
• If a build is marked as private or early, please don't upload the game files anywhere.
• I can cancel a key if it is sold or shared.

Videos and streams

You may make and monetize videos and streams of Bloomless (YouTube, Twitch and similar). You don't need to ask me first. A link to the game is welcome but not required.

No warranty

The website and demo are given "as is". I do my best, but I can't promise they will always work or be free of bugs. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for any loss from using them.

What you need

To view this website you need a modern web browser. The demo runs on Windows and macOS. Please don't send anything illegal or harmful to me through this site or by email.

If something does not work or you are not happy, write to [email protected]. Tell me what happened. I will answer within 14 days.

Law

These terms follow Polish law. This does not take away any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

If I change these terms, I will update this page and the date at the top.
